If you stay off site, SVN will have to charge you
$118/day in BANQUET fees. This fee is already included in SVN’s Estancia room rate ($228/double and $329/single). This means that the LODGING portion for the SVN hotel rate is ONLY $110 per person for double occupancy and $211 per person for a single.
