SVN Fall Conference Invite Policy
The SVN Fall Conference is open to SVN Members and Affiliates, as well as senior executives at for-profit and nonprofit organizations whose work is aligned with SVN's mission of creating a just economy and sustainable planet. Registration fees also include a $10 contribution to offset the carbon footprint of conference attendees, and a $45 contribution to SVN’s scholarship program.
 
NOTE: Be sure to book your hotel room at the Estancia La Jolla as well. See our Accommodations page for more information. Conference participants staying off-site will need to pay for meals separately ($118/day for three meals, snacks and taxes). Contact Nathan Joblin at nathanj@svn.org for more information on meal payment.
 
*TEENAGE PARTICIPANTS (13-18 YEARS OLD)
SVN waives the conference registration fee for teenage participants. However, an adult conference participant must assume responsibility for the teenager’s accommodation and meal package at the Estancia La Jolla.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 15 days of the event are subject to forfeiture of 50% of conference fees. Within two days of the event, cancellations or no-shows are subject to forfeiture of the entire conference fee. All cancellations are subject to a $45 processing fee.
 
SCHOLARSHIPS
SVN awards a limited number of need-based scholarships for conferences. To apply for a scholarship, please send your request to Nathan Joblin at nathanj@svn.org. Each scholarship application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the SVN staff.
