Joe Glorfield brings nearly 17 years of entrepreneurial expertise to TBL Capital. Joe has led, as chief executive, three social enterprises, and most recently served as Vice President at RSF Social Finance, a leading social finance organization providing unique debt products to non-profit and for-profit social enterprises. Prior to joining RSF Social Finance, Joe led two large non-profit medical specialty year-round camps and family centers founded by actor Paul Newman through successful start-up efforts. Joe helped both organizations raise a combined $55 million to build state-of-the-art, medically safe facilities that serve thousands of children suffering from serious illness each year.
 
From 1997-2000, Joe co-founded and led the nation's largest organic beer company, Wolaver's Organic Ales. Joe has built a considerable network in the social enterprise and social finance space, chairs the Social Venture Network Board and sits on six for-profit Boards: NUMI Organic Tea, CleanFish, Mission Research, Gaia Herbs, Small Potatoes Urban Delivery (SPUD), and Wolaver's Organic Ales. Joe earned a B.S. in Finance and M.B.A. from the University of Florida. He lives in Nevada City, California with his wife Jilan and his three children, Jackson, Abella and Bennjamin.
