SVN is a membership organization for individuals, not companies. Our core value is peer community and belonging: access to a curated network of badass change-makers, peer business leaders at similar stages with shared values, and a safe, supportive space for authentic connections in a vetted, values-aligned group.

Looking ahead, we're actively expanding more peer circles and enhancing our communication strategy across platforms in the upcoming months. Our major focus right now? Planning our in-person retreat most likely in early June 2026 with announcements coming very soon. This retreat has some fun and truly amazing experiences planned.
